This website is run by Tolmere Plumbing, Bognor Regis. You can contact us at hello@tolmere-plumbing.example.
If you use the enquiry form or the chat, we collect what you send, such as your name, phone number, email and details of the job. We use it to reply to you, and to take steps before a contract if you go ahead with the work. The chat is an AI assistant, so please don't enter sensitive information. Your conversation stays in your browser until you close the tab, so it carries on from page to page.
Enquiries reach us by email, and we keep them for 12 months. We don't keep a separate record of chat conversations beyond the enquiry, though OpenAI and Resend may hold messages for a limited period under their own terms.
We share data only with the providers that help run this website, namely Danit (the website and the assistant), Cloudflare (hosting and form handling), OpenAI (the assistant), Resend (sending enquiries to us by email) and Google (website fonts), or where the law requires it. We don't sell your data. Some of these providers are based in the US, so your data may be processed outside the UK, under the safeguards those providers offer.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
